about
During my bachelor’s in Chemistry, one of my roommates once took a picture of me sleeping and showed it to me the next morning.
(I was asleep in a thinking pose.)
She laughed and said: “See, you were thinking even during sleeping.”
Maybe it was just coincidence, but I genuinely try to stay mindful about every aspect of life as much as possible.
🥼 I may be a chemist by training, but I think specialization, though important, is often overrated. Creativity in science cannot grow in extreme isolation when we live in a deeply interconnected world.
That is why my interests expands from science to philosophy, psychology, sociology, politics, and beyond.
📨 I believe more in communication than accumulation.
Whatever I understand, I try to break down into simple arguments so ordinary people can question how much of life is lived without thinking.
🤌🏻 I challenge stereotypes fiercely.
But that does not mean I believe I am always right. If you have a counterargument, I will make room for it. Either it expands my understanding, or it helps me explain my thoughts more clearly. Both are valuable.
📩 Constructive criticism is always welcome on any thought or blog. And if you, like me, enjoy thinking deeply, you are welcome to subscribe for future writings.
